Refund & Return Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at soporte.all4fashionm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at soporte.all4fashionm@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item.
Wrong or Missing Items If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at soporte.all4fashionm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
